Request Service“I was able to get an appointment the day I called as my furnace was completely shut down. It was 11 degrees. Josh was very timely and professional and was able to prioritize my order to get the part I needed in sooner. I was offered space heaters to keep my house warm. When the part came in I was immediately put on the schedule to get it installed. Stacy ( and others) in the office were extremely helpful also. I ended up signing up for a Membership for cleaning and maintenance which provides many benefits. I will definitely use Gene’s for all my heating and air conditioning needs. They also use in house service professionals. Work is not farmed out!
