Request Service“After 24 years, our furnace died on us 4 days before we were to host for Easter dinner. Gene's had serviced our furnace once a few years back, so I called them (their card was attached to the furnace – smart move!).
Replacing a furnace is never "fun" but the people at Gene's explained things completely and assured us that they could move their schedule around to get us back up and running before Easter. In reality, it was less than 36 hours after our initial call!
Everything went off like clockwork. The installers showed up on time and were respectful of our property.
We elected to have them replace our central air as well since it was only a matter of time before that 24 year old unit expired as well. They worked with us to bundle everything and save as much money as possible, given the circumstances.
