Request Service“This past Saturday morning our kitchen sink drain clogged. I tried in vain to get it cleared. I even used our 25foot drain snake. We called Gene's around 10:45am and they indicated a 1pm – 5pm window for the service. Chris from Gene's called an hour early and arrived 20mins later as he had said he would. A quick run down of the situation and what I had tried and he dove right in. About 1.5hours later and 5 attempts with the heavy duty drain snake the drain opened up. We still do not know what was down there but it got cleared up. I want to thank Gene's for prompt service on a weekend and the effort that Chris put into clearing this drain. I had family in from out of town and the clog could have put a wrench into our dinner plans. My wife and I have been customers of Gene's for quite a few years.
