Paul came out to help me with a problem I was having with my fan. I did not understand how to program my thermostat properly and he gave me a short lesson on how to do it. He also answered another question I had. Despite that fact there was nothing wrong, he made some checks to ensure everything was working as it should. He was very professional.

Cody is the best. He went through step by step as I showed him the back up problem. Thank God (and my mother who is 83 prayed to Blessed Mother to help her) lost her husband and knows nothing about this called me her daughter and I called Gene's. Ryan was very professional. As he explained items he would make sure we understood what he had just went over before he would move on. Any questions we had, he would answer and make sure we clear on the issue.Rarely do you have someone who is so passionate in his job and and committed to the customer's understanding before going on. He never pressured us into a sale.My career was in natural gas systems and controls and I never told him about it so I was very impressed by his knowledge of safety and technology used today. I would recommend him to anyoneChris inspected my AC unit and found a couple of issues. He was very detailed in his explanation of what he found and made a couple of suggestions to improve the system. He showed me in detail the issues and what should be done. He gave me copies of the cost of the work and understand I would be calling him in October to schedule the work. He never pressured me and understood why I was waiting to have the repairs done. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Gene's for any heating and cooling issues in the future. Chris was outstanding in the job he did.

Jim gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way a little early, which was appreciated.He was very courteous and nice to talk to. Quickly did an assessment of our A/C equipment, explained what needed to be done, the time involved and presented a couple of options. Did not try to oversell us.He gave us information on financing options and explained how to apply if we needed to.He also presented several additional items that Gene's has available (some of which we already have)Overall it was a very positive experience.The finance process was super easy.Just waiting on approval and installation date.

DJ came over to the house and got my air conditioning up and running in a matter of minutes. Told us what wrong with our unit. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable, now we know what we thought, our unit was installed improperly from another company. He gave us some solutions and advised us of possible alternatives and took great care and patience with us. . It’s nice to have a professional and honest person in your house. Thank you DJ! We appreciate you!Update: DJ came back to the house today, it was a scheduled visit. He came back to go over our 7 year old furnace with a fine tooth comb. The problem was that we went with another company to get our furnace and our air conditioner. The guy who sold us our equipment, ended his life right after. The things that were promised when we purchased it was never put in the final contract he said he had to go write it up, at the office. New addition vents no new ductwork. DJ showed us how there is corrosion in our furnace, he showed us how everything is rusting. So he worked up a quote doing everything we wanted in the first place that the other company said that they could not do. Our basement is damp has been since we bought the house. We got financed right here on our front porch, he showed us the quotes on several different options. All new ductwork some new additional vents, the furnace is going to be hung from the floor joists in the basement away from the water that drains in when it rains. And we are now able to move the air conditioner to the other side of the house tucked away nicely not by the driveway. We have a driveway that is up hill and we were always afraid that coming up the driveway in the winter sliding into the air conditioner. He is able to do everything that we wanted, and we got the actual quote emailed as soon as we chose it option we wanted. Everything was done professionally and I cannot wait until it’s completed. Again I can’t thank you enough for all your honesty DJ, it has been a total pleasure working with you.Final updateSo we had our new furnace and air conditioner installed. The 2 guys that installed our units were great. They did an amazing job. We have a foreclosure that we are gutting and is completely a mess right now, those guys didn’t treat us any differently and we appreciate them. Great job guys and thank you.
