“We had a new air conditioner installed yesterday and the two installers (Dylan and B…) were very professional and did an excellent job. The job site was spotless and the installation clean. It took quite a longe time to install (crawl space furnace involved), but the work was fantastic and both service people were polite and knowledgeable.”
“When my AC unit took a dump ( Keep in mind this was during the hottest days in July) my daughter, who has been a loyal customer for years, recommended Gene’s. I must admit I was hesitant at first but was I wrong! I was treated with respect and was taken care of immediately by the estimator, Matt, who came out immediately to price out a new system. The installation crew came out within a few days on a Saturday, that’s right, Saturday and installed a brand new Carrier AC system and never charged a premium for weekend work.. Their attention to detail was amazing as was the cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend Gene’s for any Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical work that you might need. NOW if that wasn’t enough, within days after the installation I was utterly in shock when I went to retrieve my mail. There was a package sitting on my porch however I didn’t remember ordering anything It was a Thank You gift from Gene’s for choosing them as my service company. WOW!!! I’m a customer for life.”

The technician was professional, (sorry to have forgotten his name ) knowledgeable, and courteous. He took a lot of pride in the work. I am so appreciative of the expert work he did replacing 2 faucet units that I couldn't use due to various issues.
