“I requested service for kitchen faucet. Appointment was scheduled Friday, 11/8, after 230p. Technician arrived around 5p. He checked the faucet and told me I could get the replacement part and have it fixed or get a new faucet. I said would want it fixed. He said he could get the part and be back first thing Monday morning 9am I would be the first for the day. He had me sign an estimate for 289 dollars. Said he would be back Monday.
Monday morning I called after 10am when nobody came. I was told he was late at another job. The man that came didn't know about the problem, no part to fix the faucet. The man Friday told me a bunch of lies , no fixed faucet. The man Monday said the part wasn't available, better to replace it. Said no thanks I'll find some else that doesn't tell me lies . Poor customer service from this company!”
