Withi in 1 minute the problem identified and taken care of in 30 after explaining what the issue was and how to address.
Maintenance was then done. Embarrassingly I am behind in yard work and ivy was creeping into my outdoor unit. Not a problem.. yard tools were requested and a bag … the ivy cut/trimmed was cleaned up. and unit cleaned.

Mice and bumblebees had chewed through blanket. Chris cleaned out both nests and the debris at the bottom of the compressor. Using bee spray helped make it safe to remove the blanket. No swarms or stings. Over and above the normal inspection visit! Thanks, Chris!”
