He put his carpeting sleeves on his feet, he found the problem of the clogged Hose and clear that out. Went on the roof and did his maintenance up there. Got everything done and quick order.

We used genes for years until they lied to us about the age of our hvac / heat pump/ furnace and tried to convince us we needed to buy a whole new one. They even showed us pictures of rusty coils to try to persuade us. Turns out the system is fine and newer then they said. I dont like being lied to or. Mislead.

They completed the job timely, gave a thorough recap of the work, and left my basement as clean as they found it. Dylan was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my follow-up questions. My Gene's HVAC Technician DJ was EXCELLENT! Not only was he very professional but was very educational. He performed an A/C Tune-Up along with making sure my outside unit was level. Installed a hard start kit to help with the longevity of my compressor. Came inside to check my inside unit and upon inspection noticed some issues where we decided it was best to install an Air Scrubber air purifier to ensure high standard of indoor air quality. I would highly recommend Gene's and their HVAC Technician DJ as they are very professional.

Install that was done today, January 29, both Dylan and Brent were very professional, friendly, neat, and knew exactly what they were doing. They installed an air conditioning unit outside, and a new furnace inside and when they left, I couldn’t even tell anybody had been here. Nice cleanup, job, nice all the way around I would highly recommend them again.

Matt kept in constant communication with us . Even after the appointment he followed up. During our appointment he was very professional & down to earth. Had them come out to install a garbage disposal. Cost 89.00 just to come out, 325.00 to install the disposal. The 89.00 was not deducted from cost of installation. When I complained the installer said he could give a senior discount which was 40.00. 374.00, took 20 minutes to install. When I called to question I was told owner was in a meeting and they would call me back. Never heard a word from them. I have never had a service fee not deducted from the charge of work being done. Will never use again!

I called into Gene’s for an appointment with The Duct Buster. Erica helped me schedule the appointment . Erica was so professional and easy to work with . She took all the details down that were needed to help get the job done . Mike and Jacob were the service professionals that helped with my duct problem . They were on time , did a thorough job and cleaned everything up after the service . I would recommend using The Duct Busters they did an excellent job ! from the first call to the end of the job .

I am very pleased with Gene's service's. I was having issues with my water pipes in my laundry room and in my bathroom with pipe leeks. The appointment to complete both areas was amazingly fast and schedule friendly! I expeacially apreciate the gentlman Anthony, who was very knowledgable, caring, and quick to the task. The completed work and authentic customer service super exceded any expectations I had. Hands down, I felt Anthony was like family looking out for what is most important, he truly cares about his customers and for that I am SO grateful! I am very disappointed and feel upset by the lack of care and honesty. Genes HVAC came out on a service call. They didn't honor the free service call for a first customer ad in the value pak which would waive the fee.. I had just opened the value pak and the ad wasn't in there. They charged me $85 to turn the arrow to open on two main vents. I will not use them again in the future.

I am very pleased with Gene's service's. I was having issues with my water pipes in my laundry room and in my bathroom with pipe leeks. The appointment to complete both areas was amazingly fast and schedule friendly! I expeacially apreciate the gentlman Anthony, who was very knowledgable, caring, and quick to the task. The completed work and authentic customer service super exceded any expectations I had. Hands down, I felt Anthony was like family looking out for what is most important, he truly cares about his customers and for that I am SO grateful! Thank you Gene's Refrigeration! and most especially, I thank you Anthony!!

I am very disappointed and feel upset by the lack of care and honesty. Genes HVAC came out on a service call. They didn't honor the free service call for a first customer ad in the value pak which would waive the fee.. I had just opened the value pak and the ad wasn't in there. They charged me $85 to turn the arrow to open on two main vents. I will not use them again in the future.

Thank you very much for the quick service of my problem air conditioner. I was glad that you could fit me in the next day. The service man was very polite. He put his carpeting sleeves on his feet, he found the problem of the clogged Hose and clear that out. Went on the roof and did his maintenance up there. Got everything done and quick order.

We used genes for years until they lied to us about the age of our hvac / heat pump/ furnace and tried to convince us we needed to buy a whole new one. They even showed us pictures of rusty coils to try to persuade us. Turns out the system is fine and newer then they said. I dont like being lied to or. Mislead.

We had another five-star experience with Gene’s this week. Dylan and Will were kind, courteous, and professional. They completed the job timely, gave a thorough recap of the work, and left my basement as clean as they found it. Dylan was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my follow-up questions. My Gene's HVAC Technician DJ was EXCELLENT! Not only was he very professional but was very educational. He performed an A/C Tune-Up along with making sure my outside unit was level. Installed a hard start kit to help with the longevity of my compressor. Came inside to check my inside unit and upon inspection noticed some issues where we decided it was best to install an Air Scrubber air purifier to ensure high standard of indoor air quality. I would highly recommend Gene's and their HVAC Technician DJ as they are very professional.

Install that was done today, January 29, both Dylan and Brent were very professional, friendly, neat, and knew exactly what they were doing. They installed an air conditioning unit outside, and a new furnace inside and when they left, I couldn’t even tell anybody had been here. Nice cleanup, job, nice all the way around I would highly recommend them again.

Matt kept in constant communication with us . Even after the appointment he followed up. During our appointment he was very professional & down to earth. Had them come out to install a garbage disposal. Cost 89.00 just to come out, 325.00 to install the disposal. The 89.00 was not deducted from cost of installation. When I complained the installer said he could give a senior discount which was 40.00. 374.00, took 20 minutes to install. When I called to question I was told owner was in a meeting and they would call me back. Never heard a word from them. I have never had a service fee not deducted from the charge of work being done. Will never use again!

I called into Gene’s for an appointment with The Duct Buster. Erica helped me schedule the appointment . Erica was so professional and easy to work with . She took all the details down that were needed to help get the job done . Mike and Jacob were the service professionals that helped with my duct problem . They were on time , did a thorough job and cleaned everything up after the service . I would recommend using The Duct Busters they did an excellent job ! from the first call to the end of the job .
