“In the midst of this heatwave our AC unit began underperforming so we called Gene's to take a look and give us an estimate on a new unit. Matt Baker came out yesterday and made a really rough week a whole lot better for us. He was thorough in his inspection and honest and up front with pricing. He went over everything we will need as well as the timeframe for installation and offered good advice on other products/services that would benefit us without pressuring me to add anything. The price he gave us was fair for a new unit along with duct cleaning and an in home humidifier.

This stuff is all important, of course, but Matt is a genuinely nice guy to boot and that means a lot to me. My husband was not able to be home for the appointment and as a female, I've run into service people who try to take advantage. Not Matt. I appreciate his kindness along with his knowledge, thoroughness and fairness!

We will need a new furnace within a couple of years and will be calling Matt for an estimate on that when the time comes. Gene's is lucky to have him as an employee because good service is hard to find these days!! Five stars and two thumbs up!”
