“It all started on June 5th, when DJ Carlson came out to look at my air conditioner unit that went out on June 4th. DJ went over with me about the recharging price and benefits and also told me it could last a year or a month? Unit was old, so he asked about the age of my American standard furnace, I really didn't know. So we went and took a look. It was 2001 model. He gave me his honest opinion on what he would do being the age it was and the issues I was having the past year. So I decided to replace them both. He gave me enough recharge to keep me going to the new furnace and air conditioner was installed. He didn't pressure me in buying the top models or try to con me,and gave his honest opinion of what I actually needed for the sq.ft of my house. It's really uncommon to find people like that anymore these days. Which I truly appreciate.! The installation was on Friday June 13th, ya I know! But it was all good! It worried me a little when they arrived, they were all young. But they were very professional and when their craft. Dillon and the crew really new what they were doing . Even with the little problem electrical box, I only have a 4 fuse box and a main. No breaker box yet. Dillon new actually how to play it and advise me I should get that replaced. He didn't have to call in to get any answers. He truly knows what he is doing. It's nice to see there are some young achievers still out there ,who take pride in their career and their self.
