“DJ C did a maintenance visit on my heating and air system. He has been here several times over the years and as always, was cordial and well versed in his business. We talked about a couple issues and we ended up adding an air scrubber to our system. It has been a few days since then and I can notice a difference in the air in our home. We are very happy we added it. We also agreed we needed our ducts cleaned and he arranged for that as well. Whenever we make a call to Gene's we do so with complete confidence in them. Thank you, you all are awesome!”

“DJ Carlson is a never-give-up guy. He thought he had it nailed but still asked co-worker Josh, who specialized in our furnace model, to drop by and give it a look. Josh discovered something not obvious and was able to repair our heating system without replacing any parts. DJ was here just over two hours and Josh just short of one hour, but they only charged me for one man and one trip – an amazingly low $89.00. I've only been having "Gene's" service my heating, plumbing and electrical for the past 4-5 years (since I discovered them) and will only use "Gene's" in the future for these, plus the other services they offer.”
