“Gene’s Refrigeration is an excellent company and highly recommended. Our last hot water heater (Bradford White) lasted 16 years and was originally installed by Genes’s in 2008. When it came time for replacement due to a slow leak, Gene’s responded with a callback very quickly on a Sunday. Everyone we talked to were extremely polite and professional. Jeff contacted us that same day to quote the replacement and gave us several options (tank vs. tankless, electric vs. gas, etc.). They were able to get us into the schedule the next day. Jeff did a great job with the installation – he made sure that everything was working as expected and was very careful throughout to ensure nothing was damaged as he navigated our finished basement. We would definitely use this company again when in need of service or replacement.”
