“Joey to the rescue. Last Sunday, I had a pipe break in my bathroom. I went down to turn off the water to the house, and that valve was frozen. After finally getting the water turned off at the street, I called Genes and they sent Joey out to help. What a great guy. He was here for almost 5 hrs. and replaced my main shut off and fixed the pipe in my bathroom. I thought the bill was reasonable for a Sunday emergency call. Joey was the bright spot of the day. Thank you again, sir!”
“Heat pump and gas furnace installed last year and had Gene's come out to do the yearly cleaning/inspection. Ryan Toledo was the service tech for Gene's.
Ryan did a great job. As he went through all the scheduled maintenance items he explained each to me and why Gene's does what they do. Ryan kept everything very clean while working, to include not tracking in mud on his shoes. Through our conversation, Ryan told us about the maintenance program they offer with several discounts included and we did purchase one that fit our needs. Having your furnace and heat pump cleaned and inspected is not something everyone schedules on their own ( I don't) so it's nice to have it done for you to help prevent failures with your system when it's needed the most..”
